Pricing Policy

1. Transparent Pricing

All prices are inclusive of taxes. Prices are displayed on a per hour/per-lesson basis to provide clarity and transparency to our users. Classento reserves the right to revise its pricing from time to time, with prior notice to enrolled users.

2. Time Zone-Based Adjustments

Pricing for some programs (including but not limited to Maths, English, Science, Abacus, Phonics etc) may vary depending on the time zone & Grade level of the student, with higher rates applicable to regions requiring additional operational efforts.

3. Flexible Hourly Rates

Core academic subjects like Maths, Science, and English are offered at flexible hourly rates which may vary based on factors such as lesson time and degree of customization required, ensuring affordability for all. Applicable rates will be communicated to users prior to enrollment.

4. One-Time Introductory Referral Discounts

As a one-time benefit, existing students or parents who refer a new student will receive three (3) complimentary bonus sessions added to their active package, provided the referred family purchases a package of twelve (12) sessions or more. Bonus sessions are credited after the referred family completes their first payment (not at the time of referral). Bonus sessions are valid only within the referring Parent's active subscription period.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Students or parents who wish to cancel or reschedule a booked lesson must provide a minimum of four (4) hours' prior notice. Lessons cancelled without adequate notice may be forfeited without refund. Classento reserves the right to reschedule lessons in the event of educator unavailability, with due notice to the student.

6. Advance Payment Policy

All lessons must be prepaid prior to scheduling confirmation. For monthly subscribers, payment is due on or before the 1st day of each calendar month. A grace period of three (3) Working Days is extended, after which sessions may be paused pending receipt of payment. Multi-lesson packages are available at discounted rates.

The validity period for each package is determined based on the number of sessions purchased and the agreed weekly session frequency, as will be communicated to the Parent at the time of enrolment. A one-time extension of fifteen (15) calendar days may be granted on written request before the expiry date. Sessions not completed within the validity period (including any extension) shall lapse without refund. Package details, including applicable discounts, will be communicated at the time of enrollment.

7. Refund Policy

Refund requests for prepaid lessons will be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to Classento's Refund Policy as updated from time to time. Users are advised to review the Refund Policy available on the website prior to making payment.

No refund shall be issued for sessions already completed, No-Show sessions, or sessions that have lapsed due to package expiry. Discounted packages are subject to recalculation at standard rates upon cancellation. Parents are advised to review the full Refund Policy prior to enrollment.

8. Customization Costs

Specialised or tailored lesson plans may attract additional charges. The applicable fees for any customisation will be communicated to the user prior to enrollment confirmation.

9. Currency Conversion

For students enrolled from outside India, fees shall be converted into the applicable local currency at the exchange rate applied by Razorpay at the time of transaction. Classento shall not be liable for any exchange rate fluctuations or additional charges levied by the student's bank or payment provider.

10. Validity of Rates

All listed rates are subject to periodic revision. Updated pricing shall be published on the Classento website and communicated to users via official channels. Rates applicable at the time of enrollment shall govern the lessons for which payment has already been received.

11. Price Lock for Enrolled Students

The per-lesson/per-hour rate applicable at the time of a student's enrollment shall remain locked for a period of three (3) months, provided the student maintains an active enrollment with Classento. Upon renewal or re-enrollment, revised pricing (if any) shall apply. This clause does not restrict Classento's right to revise pricing for new enrollments.

12. Demo / Trial Class Policy

Where Classento offers a complimentary demo or trial class, such demo shall be limited to one (1) session per student/household. Demo classes are non-transferable, carry no monetary value, and cannot be clubbed with any other offer or discount. Availing a demo class does not create any contractual obligation on either party to proceed with enrollment.

13. Failed / Returned Payments

In the event of a failed or returned payment (including but not limited to insufficient funds, card decline, or bank reversal), the scheduled lesson(s) linked to such payment shall be placed on hold until successful payment is received. Classento shall notify the user of the failure via email or other registered contact. The user shall be responsible for any bank charges or penalties arising from a failed transaction. Classento shall not be liable for any missed lessons resulting from a payment failure.

14. Payment Dispute Resolution

Any payment-related dispute must be raised by the user within fifteen (15) days of the relevant transaction date by writing to accounts@classento.com. Classento shall endeavour to resolve all payment disputes within two (2) working days of receipt of the written complaint. Disputes not raised within the stipulated period may not be entertained. This clause does not affect any statutory rights the user may have under applicable consumer protection law.

Effective Pricing for Courses

The Company reserves the right to revise or update course pricing from time to time at its sole discretion. The applicable pricing will be communicated to students at the time of enrollment.

Payments through our Payment Gateway

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, one of the world's most secure and advanced payment gateways. EDIMBIBE LEARNING PRIVATE LIMITED (Classento) does not store any card or payment instrument details when you make a payment.

Subscription Payments

• When you purchase a subscription for lessons, the applicable fee is automatically deducted on a monthly basis as per the agreed payment schedule.
• To discontinue a subscription, please write to us at support@classento.com with adequate prior notice (minimum 7 days before the next billing date) to avoid further deductions.

Automated Payment Processing

All payments are processed automatically at pre-defined dates and times as per the agreed payment terms. Classento does not manually block or initiate ad hoc deductions.
