We look for teachers who have high educational qualifications, good teaching experience, are from prestigious universities, and are comfortable with using a pen tablet. You should have thorough subject knowledge and a passion for teaching.
What do I do if I don't have a pen tablet or don't know how to use one?
Unfortunately, at this point, we are only looking for teachers who own a pen tablet and are skilled in using it, as it is an important part of the online classes.
Is prior teaching experience necessary?
While prior teaching experience is preferred, we welcome individuals with a passion for education and a willingness to learn.
What is the interview process like?
We do two rounds of interviews where we assess your subject skills and ability to use a pen tablet. After training sessions, once you have passed the training assessment, you can join Classento.
What is the selection process like for becoming a mentor?
The selection process typically involves reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and assessing teaching skills. We aim to select mentors who demonstrate passion, expertise, and commitment to student success.
